• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials and information required to complete the services.
• Payment is due according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
• AuroraSound Studios retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Liability Limitations

AuroraSound Studios is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if AuroraSound Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

• AuroraSound Studios' equipment and facilities are used at the client's own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained while on our premises, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Copyright Information

AuroraSound Studios respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AuroraSound Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
• Clients retain ownership of the copyright to their original recordings and compositions.
• AuroraSound Studios retains the copyright to any original sound design elements, samples, or other audio content created by us, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for any third-party content used in their projects.
• AuroraSound Studios reserves the right to use snippets (up to 15 seconds) of projects completed for promotional purposes on its website and social media channels, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.
• Clients must provide attribution to AuroraSound Studios for any audio content created by us that is used in their projects, such as "Sound design by AuroraSound Studios".

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

• Prior to initiating arbitration, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute through mediation.
• The cost of arbitration shall be shared equally by both parties.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Seattle, Washington.

6. Termination

AuroraSound Studios reserves the right to terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our website and services.

• Clients may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice to AuroraSound Studios. Termination fees may apply, as outlined in the service agreement.
• AuroraSound Studios may terminate a service agreement if the client fails to meet their obligations, including payment obligations, or if the client engages in conduct that is detrimental to our business.
• In the event of termination, AuroraSound Studios will provide the client with all completed work up to the date of termination, subject to payment of all outstanding fees.
